These can range from responding to specific questions and queries on a whole range of programme-related topics, to executive briefings and presentation sessions, development brainstorming, meetings at the major international programme markets, and the creation of bespoke, client-specific reports on strategically relevant topics or issues.

- Programme Research - the identification and tracking of individual shows in different markets, or the identification of shows with similar themes or components.

- Market Intelligence - identification of general programming trends in the key international markets, explaining what that ratings number really means in relative terms, and “joining the dots” to provide a clear picture of what is really going on.
